The musical building was from a photo I saw from a friend of mine who posted it on her Facebook page. I enjoyed painting this because of the fun piano notes as the sidewalk and its beautiful colors. This picture reflects the island fun on Isla Mujeres, Mexico
9×12 painting, 16×19 framed
The materials used are Winsor Newton professional watercolors. They are the finest quality of watercolor paints. The watercolor paper varies depending on the individual painting. I typically used Strathmore watercolor paper 400 series cold press and 140 lbs. The pens I use are Staedtler permanent Lumocolor black.
